Free-Spirit Eating Disorders Program
This program is designed as an intensivie
outpatient program for individuals and families suffering from an eating
disorder. The format is based on integrating the mind, body, and spirit through
a series of modalities designed specifically for individuals with eating
disorders. Medical and case management concepts are prerequisities of planning
for thoese individuals, along with well organized team work from trained staff
members.

Changing Woman Series
The first part of this series consist of 4 modules, each having it's own theme,
and consisting of 15 sessions each. The focus is on personal growth and
empowerment of women, by increasing trust, building self-session is complete
unto itself; yet cumulative in effect. The second part focuses on building
community support to address problems in relationships, identify, grief and
loss.

Men In Action
A practical, no-nonsence approach to dealing with men's issues. It helps men
with feelings of isolation, male sexuality, difficulty in identifying feelings,
trouble in establishing and maintaining satisfying relationships, and career
difficulties. This is done by taking action in: accomplishing goals, changing
unwanted behaviors, making lifestyle changes and improving communication
skills.

Time Out For Teens
This group deals with problems of identity, family and peers, authority and
responsibility in an action oriented approach instead of didactically.

Tweens
A group for children from ages 10 to 12 that focus on transition from childhood
to adolescence with issues related to separation and divorce, identity and
change.

Growing up Great
A special group for children from 5 through 10 that helps them identify and
express feelings, develop social skills, deal with issues related to separation
and divorce, address feelings about having special needs and develop family
values.

Patterns and Partners
A sepcial co-ed group that looks at relationships and life patterns
|
Multi-Family Group
An adjunct group to individual or family therapy in which other families
participate in the healing process and provide support for each other.

Strengthening Families Program
This is a 28 hour class and was designed by Karol L. Kumpfer Ph D. and
Henry Whiteside Ph. D. This program was developed to prevent substance abuse by
children in drug and alcohol-stressed families. This program is open to ALL
individuals who have long term responsibility for one more more children.
